Hi guys!

Welcome to my week 42 summary!  Nothing too exciting has happened this week, just worked hard to try and make it through the week.  I have been very busy both at work and in my personal life.  Trying hard to get a very large crochet project done and off my plate so I can focus on other things more, like this!  Lets see how I did this week.

Week 42 Goals Check

  • Stay Hydrated – B – I drank tons of water, but I didn’t do a very good job of tracking my intake this week.
  • Maintain a 500-calorie per day deficit – B – I tracked all my food this week, but I missed my 500 calorie deficit on two days.
  • 10,000 steps a day – C – I have improved over last week, but I hit 10k only twice this week, but came pretty close on other days.
  • Do The Step workout at least 3 times this week. – – Didn’t even touch it.
  • Get out of my chair for a spin around the block three time a day. –– I did a much better job of this, this week.  If my alarm went off during a meeting, I made sure to hit the road right afterwards.
  • Meditate four times per week – – No sweat!
  • Reflect on my goals every day and keep my vision board updated – – Kept it going
  • Keep posting on my blog and Facebook, posting my Fitbit Dashboard everyday – – Got some posts in there this week, just not enough 10k posts =)
  • One hiking/adventure day per week – – No hiking adventures this week, I was busy BBQing some delicous meats.
  • Lose 1 pound per week – – I didn’t lose an entire pound, only .4.  I will take it!

Week 43 Goals

  • Stay Hydrated
  • Maintain a 500-calorie per day deficit
  • 10,000 steps a day
  • Do The Step workout at least 3 times this week.
  • Get out of my chair for a spin around the block three time a day
  • Meditate four times per week
  • Reflect on my goals every day and keep my vision board updated
  • Keep posting on my blog and Facebook, posting my Fitbit Dashboard everyday
  • One hiking/adventure day per week
  • Lose 1 pound per week

Well, not a stellar week, but I feel better about it than last week.  A few of you made the suggestion that I cut back goals until I get back on track.  I thought about it.  In thinking about it, I got really mad about backing off of things.  I am going to keep them up and hopefully use that anger to hunker down and get shit done this week.  Thanks for checking in guys, I will see you all next week!
