Hello everyone!

Welcome back for another edition of my weekly summary. This week we will be talking about week 43! It was a better week for me, I felt stronger and more active. I didn’t hit all my goals, but I took a pretty nice whack at them. Lets see how I did.

Week 43 Goals Check

  • Stay Hydrated – A – Nailed it!
  • Maintain a 500-calorie per day deficit – B – Almost, I did track all my food, but went over one day.  Olive Garden, it will get you every time.
  • 10,000 steps a day – C – I hit 10K on two days this week, and was in the 8k range other days.  Getting closer.
  • Do The Step workout at least 3 times this week.  – D – I did it one day this week, progress!
  • Get out of my chair for a spin around the block three time a day
  • Meditate four times per week – – Nailed it!
  • Reflect on my goals every day and keep my vision board updated – – I reflected, but didn’t entirely achieve.
  • Keep posting on my blog and Facebook, posting my Fitbit Dashboard everyday – B – There were plenty of posts, just not enough 10K posts.
  • One hiking/adventure day per week – F – No hiking adventures this weekend.  Just a lot of crocheting.  I’m so close to being done!
  • Lose 1 pound per week – – No loss, but I am happy to report, no gain!

Week 44 Goals

  • Stay Hydrated
  • Maintain a 500-calorie per day deficit
  • 10,000 steps a day
  • Do The Step workout at least 3 times this week.
  • Get out of my chair for a spin around the block three time a day
  • Meditate four times per week
  • Reflect on my goals every day and keep my vision board updated

  • One hiking/adventure day per week
  • Lose 1 pound per week

Okay so a little bit better of a week than last week.  I finally got a step work out in, I was pretty proud of myself for that, going to keep working on that goal.  I’m going to keep racking up those steps.  I have been joining some weekly step competitions, they help keep me moving.  I already have 10K today!  I have just a few more rows left on the big crochet project I’m working on.  I’m hoping that will be completed this weekend and that will free up a lot of time for me so I can get up and move more.  I haven’t figured out to crochet and walk at the same time yet.  Thanks for stopping by guys, I will see you next week!
